What is BEX buying power and how does it work?
Every paid plan includes a monthly BEX allocation you can spend across the BEXHUB network on talent, services, and digital products from other members. Basic includes 60 BEX, Pro includes 120 BEX, and Ultimate includes 240 BEX. Your buying power renews every billing cycle and rolls over for up to one year from your subscription start date. After a year, any unused buying power resets. BEX earned through work on the platform is separate and never expires.
What does "accept money payments" mean?
Every member can list assets and projects priced in BEX or in money. Completing a money transaction uses a flexible slot, which is included with paid plans. If you sell a digital asset for money, you earn money directly. If you post a collaboration project for money, the professional who delivers the work earns money instead of BEX. The Free plan includes BEX transactions only.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new plan takes effect immediately. If you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period, then switches to the lower plan. Collaborations already in progress stay active until they are completed or canceled, even if they exceed your new plan's monthly limit.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep full access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan. All your listings stay published. Your unused buying power will be removed when moving to Free. BEX earned through work on the platform remains yours and is unaffected. You can reactivate at any time.
What happens to my buying power if I downgrade to a lower paid plan?
If you move from one paid plan to another paid plan, your accumulated buying power stays in your account. Nothing is removed. The only change is your monthly allocation adjusts to the new plan's amount. Buying power is only removed when a member moves from a paid plan to the Free plan.

Quarterly billing saves you 10% compared to monthly. Yearly billing saves you 16%.
